
Indian Mutton Curry

2 full-size onions (sliced).

2 full-size tomatoes (sliced).

2-3 slitted green chillies.

2 tsp ginger garlic paste.

½ cup curd.

1 tablespoon cumin seeds.

½ tablespoon methi seeds.

½ turmeric powder.

1-2 tablespoon red chilli powder.

1 tablespoon garam masala powder.

1 tablespoon cumin powder.

1 tablespoon dried fenugreek powder.

3 tablespoon oil.

Salt to taste.

1 tablespoon of ghee.
Buy your meat through online mutton delivery. Wash the mutton well with water and drain completely. Now, marinate it with curd, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric and chilli powder. keep it in the refrigerator overnight or at least four to six hours.

Cook for 5 - 10 minutes. Check salt and spice as per taste.

Add another cup of lukewarm water and cover the pressure cooker with a lid with medium heat. Wait for 2-3 whistles. Switch off the gas. Wait for steam passes then open the lid you can use 1 tsp ghee to make it tastier.
